A weak form of the Hutchison effect was accidentally produced by Dr. Stoyan Sarg at York University in Canada. In an experiment designed for a different purpose, the end of a hollow metal bar was spontaneously bent as shown below. The effect is discussed in his book, Field Propulsion by Control of Gravity(2009). Paraphrasing the description slightly, the ferrite rod wound with wire was bent and deformed without any cracks. The bare rod, identical to the wound rod before the experiment, is shown for comparison. The wound rod was used as a solenoid in a high voltage circuit. During the experiment, a spark to ground occurred accidentally and the rod distorted without the presence of any heat. The dissipated energy from the spark was no larger than 30 watts per 3 seconds. The rod has OD 20 mm, ID 12 mm and a length of 20 cm. The bending point is 45 mm from the end. The inside of the rod also became elliptical in shape with a diameter ratio of 0.92.
Sarg adds that a spark appeared between one turn of the wire and the ground. On the basis of his own BSM-SG Theory, he suggests that the Hutchison effect might be explained as the creation of a temporary artificial space curvature at the location of the spark. This would change the binding conditions between the atoms in the solid object.

this is another the latest video of Akula as of today 10-16-2013.More about construction and tuning.He utilizes resonance in resonance phenomena his device  reacts as a pump, creating difference potential to the ground. In the aquarium 2 video,did you provide the heater,or did Tariel.
Did the type of heater have a blower in it or was it a resistive
heater only.Bcause no readings were done at the plug end,its not
known if the output was ac 60HZ/50Hz much higher frequency ,dc or
a pulsing dc.With this massive amount of phony,fraudulent devices coming
from the Russian experimenters,
you have to research Tariels device carefully,facts,Tariel has no expertise or
electronc equipment to build or test complex circuitry,you can not build blindly,
then test what you build to see if its overunity,this is madness,silly , funny

the Fairy Tales Story:
There  was a man,who sometime in 70s,  have met 4 old Russian  scientists.( previously I was told 3 but it was 4 of them.)
After the certain time there was no one who ever seen the scientists.They seem to vanish. No traces.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Somewhere around 1993 the man start to experiment  and  he got effects of creating new ways to extract  energy.
Than  (in 2002 till 2004) he decided that he needs to go loud. Incidentally some former generals of very "big birds" of Turkeys Army  approached that mysterious man and they created new business by contacting with ministry of finance of  birds country.(" as everybody knows everybody in this level")
The big bird  designated 2.5 mil.  of foreign birds  currency,  to be utilized by  the group.

He was  very open and helping and spending a lot not only to the beauty of birdies but to others as well.
He paid for vodka, and food,and accommodation of  many "in need".
He was very good man to many.


Unfortunately the family relative  disappeared  with the "pure seeds"  (around 1 mil.)
Soon after that  all of the individuals he was helping too,
immediately, forgot to  help back our hero.



The big birds of Birds country , have had  many attempts to bring  attention of birds around the  world.
Our hero was only waiting for patent application at that  moment in life.


And in 2008 one of the turkeys known as TURK filed  patent application for our  hero.
The business was that our hero do not pay  for  application but 50% of future profit belongs to Turk.
He sign  the contract.


After  that our hero not trusting anybody,  got back to his country where  he is  living not happily    ever after feeding himself from few remaining seeds( years ago  - originally  but now, not any longer 200k) and  some of other small events ..........................  and patent was never given to him.
Fortunately the average monthly salary over there is around 250 seeds  per month.
He was unemployed  for tens of years and he stay unemployed till now.
But that is nothing new in his  country there are  around 80-85% people without legal work, although officially they say  that is only 16.3%  and they still managing their life not so bad.
But that is different  Fairy Tale story.
