I've been away from the board and site for a while and only returned recently.   I'm taking my time to go through a few threads at a time and especially look at the posted wiring diagrams.

But, when I read the paragraph above, I decided to respond.   My Mother had distant East European ancestors  few were even Russian.   I've known East Europeans and your statements above are more than merely welcome to me.   Whoever wrote the original Russian is very fairminded and open to the ways of other nationalities.   I had a lot of European nationalities in my ethnic background, and I've also seen the basic good in someone's heart when I got to know him or her well.

Kudos to you for showing how decent and intelligent we all can be if we try.   Unfortunately, not all people try to be tolerant toward others, but I do try my best.   Being older now might help me, too.

In the aquarium 2 video,did you provide the heater,or did Tariel.
Did the type of heater have a blower in it or was it a resistive
heater only.Bcause no readings were done at the plug end,its not
known if the output was ac 60HZ/50Hz much higher frequency ,dc or
a pulsing dc.With this massive amount of phony,fraudulent devices coming
from the Russian experimenters,
you have to research Tariels device carefully,facts,Tariel has no expertise or
electronc equipment to build or test complex circuitry,you can not build blindly,
then test what you build to see if its overunity,this is madness,silly , funny
and  there can be no end to it.I have seen this same thing in the tpu threads
for years, there were few Russian experimenters then,the frauds at that time came
from the US experimenters.

I gave the specifications for the aquarium 2 device during several conversations with Tariel Kapanadze.
He built it EXACTLY to my specification. It ran for 4 and a half hours without interruption and the output was pure heat which was felt by the team.  It was a pure resistive load with no inductors. You can fake light, you can't fake heat. During the test the earth wire was disconnected for a time. There was no heat from the box at all. There was no sound except the spark gap which acted as an overload protector.
We are very close to his secret now.
The spark gap should tell you that he was using high frequency currents which was mixed with mains voltage to produce the ou effect. That is why half his device has static shielding.
He then cheated our agreement - as is on record.

TK used to work as part of a team in an old soviet factory. He had access to heaps of electronic and mechanical instruments at factory and university level. He's no mug. Just looks like a simple guy but he knows his stuff - obviously.
He never lets anyone see his work ever. A job for a Georgian private eye?
I'm convinced that there are several people who know the secret.
If TK needs access to any test equipment he doesn't need to buy anything, he just calls a mate. It would be the same if you or me worked as a technician in a university. You get to know people and borrow the best equipment. You don't actually need to own the stuff.
