Would I be correct in saying that the above schematic is Akula's "Sound to Spark" modulator??

I base the statement on what appears to be an input at the top left corner. And secondly I recently saw a video of a pair of Tesla coils working to music!!

It seems just for automatic resonance. So nothing important seems no in he schematic. Yuo can make resonance in more simple way, just no be automatic resonance.

  Verpies and All: We need to determine if some of the ideas will hold water...
  Such as,  if the magical Russian ferrite core is absolutely needed, or not.
  Does the core really need to be the "special one", or will any work.
  Geo, are you using the Russian yokes?
  Does the core need to be insulated between halves, are the clips affecting anything, or  not.
  Already Geo has shown us that yokes are not needed to achieve the same results, that his yoke can obtain, by showing us that the fly-backs will work. So, next tests would be about the yoke halves being insulated, the question about the clips, and what happens when the yoke o flyback is opened slightly, to determine if the ringing sound is helped at all, or not. As that sound drives me up the wall, and my kids as well.
  I know that Geo has already done some of those tests, but no one else has.
  And my next questions is, can the fly-back core be replaced with a bigger toroidal air core, to eliminate the possible effect from ferrite.
  I know that the most important thing is to make the device work, as well as to obtain a working feed-back path. But as many people don't have the yokes to work with or fly-backs, and are still attributing the effect to ferrite, it would be good to know the cause of any extra energy entering these devices. Once and for all, if possible.

Im still trying to replicate akulas first device, but now i came to really big problems. Assuming the schematic i attached, is a real one at all.
Its about the choke coil, drossel like its called in russian and german. According to the schematic, it has to be 1/4 the wavelenght of the driving frequency or an even multiple of that. Now, for 60kHz, that would be around 1,25 kilometer. First problem: How to measure a 1,25 km wire without buying a special meter, that costs 400-500 euro. Second problem: If u somehow can solve problem number one, u will end up with a coil that has thousands of turns, and so induced voltage in it will be in high kilovolt region. Means it will spark like hell and probably end up burning itself. Not to mention the cap ratings that would be required. Any thoughts on this?
