How much deep ground copper pipe and how much pipe or wire i use

this is not the question to be directed to me but to Ruslan from  Riga. I can only
relay to my theory of (Wesley's Electrostatic Pump Theory) -google it.
That might be explanation of what is going on in that device.
I simply explain it as electron mass inertia utilized  in process 
at which  atractive force is 
Electrostatic HV potential ,driven by nano or picosecond generator.
Inertia is present in the dead time intervals between the pulses
