OK, but look AM receiver antene. If you have ferrite inside the antene receving is much better than without ferrite.

Look Kapanadze 100kW desing. Tesla coil generate HV. Primari coil on bobin is connected to HV on Tesla coil with spark. Inside the Bobin see receiver coil (secundary) wrapped over ferrit or similar material.

This setup works with 600, 700 i 800 Hz. Take this SW (http://www.softpedia.com/dyn-postdownload.php?p=111604&t=0&i=1) and look. Play kapanadze video and see frequency on this SW.

This Setup doesnt work below 200 Khz, you will get absolutely no current, and if you put iron inside, then completely not,  this is not just a sender and a receiver, follow the schematics, in a way if you look it is hooked back to itself with the help of the load.  you are right with the broadcasting bit,  but ferrites start to decrease permeability at a certain point of frequency,  It WILL help with efficiency if you put ferrite under the primary(sender)   but if you do put ferrite under the receiver, your apparatus will not work the best,  note that my setup doesnt work without the ground nor the high inductance coiling,  and the reason why ferrite diminishes light in it is because the high inductance coil interacts with it,   it draws current in the way earth is connected,     you cannot put primary on the same side as earth grounding, it will dimmen apparatus, the best is to move it as far as you can from the primary, this showed a huge increase in power in my experiments,   and note that this only works if the high inductance coil is present

  What makes you say this? Personally, I believe Tariel based himself on Tesla's system of transmission of electrical energy and the Wardenclyffe project (plus some other things Tesla referred to in his various interviews and articles noted below), documents which Tariel apparently had in his possession as seen also in the footage and appear to be taken for Oliver Nichelson's research on Tesla (check out minute 53:13 on the Kapanadze footage and compare it to Oliver's page - it's the part about Linde's process and comparison to Tesla's bifilar coil). What comes after is a mere replication of something that has already been discovered.

  I also suggest everyone (who is not aware of it already) to check out Oliver's in depth research on Tesla's wireless and Fuelless generator (and notes on a Unipolar Dynamo) which points to the same patents and concepts:

However, TK said Tesla discovered it and he just followed his work and found something that works. 

Ideas abound but it will take an educated guess and bench work to go any further.

  Sigma, I also think that Tariel followed Tesla's concepts and patents as indicated above and I think Oliver's research can help a lot in getting more insight on the operation of the device(s) and helping others follow a constructive path.
