I am not sure about $17.000 price tag just for a visit invitation and demo...
But 500.000 euro tag for such technology disclosure especially to serious power company are pennies against the potential of this technology and the capital it would bring.

I also wonder where that georgian guy got schematics to replicate Kapanadze work. Or it could be a replication based on his "personal" undertanding. Who knows...

How come you would ask your partner who is also picking up the tab to pay you 500,000 euros in addition? What kind of morals is that?

As for the guy from the video he is obviously a Bulgarian and as far as I understand this is his own rendition of Tesla-Kapanadze device. If so, all credit goes to him.

Its a good bet that Mr Kapanadze would be a rich person if they were to open up a paypal account and start emailing the plans to everyone who deposited $500 in his account.

That with the understanding that everyone keeps the plans to themselves.

There are enough honourable people in the world willing to pay for those plans, to make someone rich beyond their dreams...not to mention the fame aspect.

They would never pay for another meal at any resturant in the world.

If they would only stop to consider the possibilities.
