Did something change here? the guy provided a few schematics of what he did, the design is simple and easy to replicate, the only major part is the HV section which could be a microwave oven supply, NST or a car ignition coil.

Build it, see for yourselves, try it as shown first then modify how do you know how it works? We are not talking hundreds of $$ here perhaps $50 or less, some of us may have the parts sitting on a shelf.

Lets not bash the guy and say sh*t without testing first.

Schematics are well known from the times of Tesla. What is claimed here is that specific values of the parameters are found which are not common knowledge and that's what would be the basis of them being proprietary and a subject of business activity. How much that's the case (whether or not the devices are viable) remains to be seen and that's no different from everybody else's claim. Sjack Abeling, Bob Kostoff, Mike Brady and many others even claim they've achieve self-sustaining mode of their devices (much more interesting in OU sense than Kapanadze's) let alone they even claim that their devices have found practical application. Their constructions are also known in general, if that's what you would consider a basis for reproducing them. Things obviously are more complex than they appear. Like I said, so far only Steorn have come up with something plausible, despite the fact that they are also mainly business.

YES light bulbs are NICE prove.. if they heat and burn to full intesity for example imput 24W and output all those bulbs 500W
Also you can measure time needed for battery to be deepleted... you dont need fancy exuipment: 7Ah battery can NEVER give 7A for longer than hour ...
Especial if overunity is 10 times or 1000 %

You may be right about radio stations but not about high-voltage power lines and other known sources.

24W in and 500W out is OK as a proof for OU only if other sources are excluded. Like I said, to exclude other sources additional measurements are needed and obviously Kapanadze wasn't willing to do them when the president of Georgia has offered help through scientists. I by no means want to defend the powers that be for their inactivity but there are some basic requiremens in science established through the centuries and if one want to get this across to society one shouldn't ignore them.

Some devices are grounded some aren't.
