I have been away from this topic for a bit and it took me a while to catch up here.

Excellent work by you people in attempting to unravel this riddle.  I really appreciate the work being done by our Russian speaking friends here making it possible for those of us with limited language skills to read what is going on.  Thank you very much.

Maybe I missed this in a previous post but has anyone invited this SR Admin to this site?  Even if he types no English I am sure the fellows here would gladly translate whatever he would post.

Omnibus's thoughts are, I am afraid, pretty accurate as far as other "similar" situations we have all experienced too many times in the FE community.  There appears to be a "pattern" that is continually repeated.  I believe this may be something inherent in human nature, or at least in the nature of certain humans, that is responsible for this type of behavior.  Comparisons to Mylow, and other similar events are not unjustified, in my opinion.  We have already had one admitted hoax in the Kapanadze replication efforts already so, without prejudging this new fellow I am just saying I do not blame anyone for considering the possibility of a hoax.

Kapanadze has already stated that his motivation is money, and that is fine, that is his right to do so.  At least he was honest and upfront about that from the beginning.  What was the motivation for the guy with the wires under the towel?  We may never know.

So, at this point, I think it is imperative and healthy to be somewhat skeptical but at the same time, I do not want to appear to "attack" someone that really has figured this system out.  All I know is that IF I had it figured out, you guys would all know about it right away and I would post anything and everything to make sure the information got out for successful replications for everyone.

Please continue your great efforts here, if this is real, you guys will figure it out.

  The spark gaps need to be surrounded with an extension of the magnetic field formed by the inductive coils in the rlc tanks the electrostatic induction is dumping into.  The magnetic field will determine the shape form and life of the plasma emitted in the gap.  If the plasma never spans the gap then there is no current or movement of the electrons into the secondary from the primary.  Tesla discovered the effects of ionizing radiation.  Electron acceleration and deacceleration is accompanied by the acquisition and radiation of photons.  If you ionize an atom that is displaying kinetic energy either in the form of molecular vibrations or collisionally induced kinetic energy the resultant free electron from the ionization process will have the thermal energy of the parent atom on board.  This is just very basic principal.  You drop a rock out of a speeding car the rock is going to be going as fast as the car was. So you now have an acclerated free electron.  Many accelerated free electrons sprialing around magnetic field lines amounts to an electric current which has momentum and charge.  The momentum overcomes the coolumb force and the electrons move in a unified vector.  As they slow they transform their kinetic energy into photon energy which can be of the proper frequency to be absorbed by neutral acclerated atoms and release more free accelerated electrons and the process repeats.  This process will repeat until the thermal energy of the ionizable atoms diminishes.
The movement of the electron cloud is at the expense of the thermal energy of the parent atoms.  The parent atoms are not as massive even though they may be traveling at the same velocity.  If we do the math E=mc2 /dv/dt  there is conversion of energy from the atomic mass before ionization to the atomic mass after ionization.  By capacitavely coupling the spark gap to an RCl the rcl is excited by electrostatic induction not electrical current through the ionizing field of the gap.  In the Tesla magnifying transmitter the load capacitor is alternately  charged and discharged electrostatically. This begins to ionize air surrounding the capacitor but in the absense of anything but the weak magnetic field of the Earth the coolumb force accelerates the free electrons radially away from the top load capacitor.  This creates an expanding and contracting electrical pole about the tower.  Tesla's problem was he was after distance.  As the electric field drops off as a function of the square of the distance chances are very good that his capacitor would discharge through a coronal discharge somewhere in the transmitter before it could be felt at usable power levels far from the scource.  That is of course unless the ground was used as a conduit and the tower was just there to act as the thermal energy harvester.

Get it from the guy on the corner, its called 'hash oil'...just make sure they use 'Naptha' of Isopropal alcohol to extract the oil from the plant.

Well, so the diagram says, that it is a standard 12 to 220 Volts inverter with an additional
High Voltage coil added, that is powered by a spark gap ?

I remember Aaron Muraki from Energetic forum has done a video,
where he showed a bigger sparking when adding something simular.
But I don´t find his youtube video right now...
