Hey Xeno, I saw the site, Melnichenko claims and his video of presentation. This has nothing to do with LC resonance, only with magnetic flux manipulation and "multiplication" if i may say with suitable means.
The spirit of what he suggests is not far from this thread (actually i have read somewhere that Kapanadze claimed Melnichenko came close to solution...) so no problem in discussing it here i guess.

Overally in my opinion he has a neat setup that demonstrates what he wants to convey beautifully.
By the way, by seeing the lamps (in the end of video) how each one affects the other and their interdependent brightness it is not that convicing that he produces any OU at all. Nevertheless... i would worth the experiment.

Cay someone explain to me the load diode (of the receiving E core section) what is its function? I cannot understand his explanation.

PS: The videos says (and the site) that the IGBT runs at 2000 KHz but the signal from the generator is seen to be 2000Hz. Also the audible hum confirms the 2KHz range.

To create a controlled interference at a special frequency, you need full control over the frequencies of the original impulses.
SR´s seems to use a generic HV driver (off old equipment) that would run at a fixed frequency.
So then the transistors would have to run in the kilohertz range too to create a useful interference.
I personally have a hard time seeing an interference realized between
a pulsed signal and a sine wave at different frequencies that would result in a half-way clean 50 Hz sinusoid output
That resulting current waveform would have to have a significantly higher amplitude to justify the whole process.

But what do you propose could be done to turn the transformer into a pistol shrimp or better to say making use of that effect?

That "latest" video Stefan posted is from SR193, the admin of Next Energy forum. The video has been around for at least two weeks. Russian FE forums have been discussing it and trying their best to figure out how to replicate it since, as SR193 is not giving the how-to's out.

On that note, I'm off to read those forums, as I'm really sick and tired of the same old BS circular rhetoric on the two main FE forums this side of the pond.

But you don't need me to tell you this, baroutologos has been trying hard for a while now. He's your crusader for truth...

Come to think of it, some people have even suggested that there are moles on our forums who constantly and consistently inject useless, bogus information and sidetracks, to subvert any positive efforts or misdirect research.
