Hmm, well SR retracted that video after being online 2 days and closed the whole youtube account. I saved it (knowing how fast stuff vanishes), but some other folks might not have seen it, so Stefan´s gesture to put it up on his channel is for people who did not have the chance to see it yet and Pirate obviously just kindly wanted to inform those people here.

This thread here is admittedly not very active in comparison when it comes down to experimenting and discussing technical aspects. People are not so experiment-happy like the russians, but that´s the way they are.
The russian forums have dozens of people who actively experiment and
occasionally some interesting ideas are being brought up.
There is however also enormous overload of spontaneous, narrow-headed, classical-science-bound ideas there,
on how Kapanadze´s device really works, that it is sometimes very
hard to filter out the valueable posts.

Does anyone have a transcript of the original russian (maybe from one of the russian forums - matrix?).  I'll happily translate it.  Sound quality on the video makes it quite difficult to get the full sense of some of his sentences.
