This replication comes from Mito Cupona, a spanish located Bulgarian and fellow experimenter.
He has posted two videos and he is heavily involved in pursuing Kapanadze replication.

I have repeatedly tried to talk with him and left some posts on his youtube account, yet no reply at all.
He only discuss such thing with his fellow Bulgarian experimenters as Badsatbg, and Teofillius.

He is conviced that a HV applied to a winding over a iron tube or ferrite core enhances energy efficiency. They are many questions about it and as far i know he has described but has not submited a diagram of his connections.

IMO before declaring a partial success he should investigate further what he experiences that it is not attributed to just LC resonance as a means of steping down the HV energy using the capacitative aspect of the biffilar HV winding. (he had said the HV is applied to a biffilar winding)

I agree. And, he should be using proper power measurements, not just judging it by the intensity of a lit lamp.

We see

Well at least we are seeing that there are huge radio frequency bursts spikes going on,
the same kind, what I experienced in my former Newman experiments, when I had a sparkgap running
in series with a big Newman coil.
Then there is much RF noise and current spikes on the suppy wires, that can light up incandescent bulbs
and it has the audio hissing noise.

He says he's using seven 25mm dia toroids and that's the reason for using the small transformer. There's a 50Hz square wave pulse generator based on 555 then the signal is amplified by transistors and is applied to the output transformer. There's also a HV HF generator based on some old Russian reworked whatever. A known schematic based on 3055. Voltage is rectified by a diode. Circuit  is closed to apply HV to the output transformer. The interesting thing with this configuration is that when HV is applied consumption falls down tangibly. The very HV generator consumes about 700mA current during the sparking. The other part of the schematic consumes about 1.7A. Disconnecting the the dimly shining lamp simply doesn't affect the powering of the device. Then he goes on to show in practice the action of the schematics.
