Kapanadze explained it perfectly! His device is actual implementation of LEVER.
Small EMF with correct FULCRUM can generate larger EMF when using correct FACTOR (I don't know how it is named in English , I'm talking about the constant obtained when you divide length of two arms of lever)
I have deciphered this as :

I agree but resonance is only accumulation of energy taken from each cycle.
With a small power provided for a certain time to a high Q resonant system, you can get a big power by recovering it during a short time. You don't even need earth.
But power is not energy. Energy is not created. You get not more than you put in the system.

The bigest flow of this forum is the lack of inspiration followed by actuall experimentations. Tallking has its delight and merit, as it is a stimulation process, but talking for the shake of talking is a non-fertile process.

Amigo and Exi, mostly we share views. Any logical people has to. On the other hand, we can pursue experiments based on inpiration provided by pioneers as Tesla and others.
A lot of ideas have been developed here. Far far less experimenting has been done and reporting. Why is that? Noone ask you to assemble a NASA style lab.
After all, it is a hobby. Happy experimenting.

You have described what I believe to be a system that may in fact have a chance of working. You are essentially describing a means of utilizing the energy stored in the Earth's capacity, and there is so much of that that "shaking the bucket" and catching a bit of what sloshes out, so to speak, might actually pay off, energetically. (The cavity is replenished by electrical currents in the solar system).
I think that the "disruptive discharge" mode of operation of a Tesla-type resonant system is about the only way that a "garage experimenter" -- like most of us -- is going to be able to approach the field strength and risetime parameters that are likely necessary.
