Looks like he has a gas inside the tube which you can see toward the end where he shows the top.

The glass tube behind the spark gap is a vacuum capacitor which changes the frequency.

Cosmo is saying what Quarktoo was saying about Kapanadze being a gas generator and SR being a NMR type generator.


Too bad people didn't listen to Q2 when he was saying the same...
SOME people here are too close minded.

We've been told you can build these free energy devices (converters) 100's of different ways.
Using gas could be one way also.

I have seen no credible evidence that TK used gas in his device.  None.
