You don't need current when this done properly.  15kv at a couple of mA's is enough.  The modulator will take about 20-50 watts but even that is not important to find the early remedy.  Another transformer can be used as a modulator plugged into the wall or running off inverter. Any frequency desired can be created on the fly by simply changing the modulator there is NO parametric tuned conditions. Not just my words but SR's too. In electrical vehicles the inverter to handle like 100kw cost about 15k. In kapanadze his system does away with all expensive inverter technology as well as being a free energy source. The sine wave of the desired frequency you want just "appears" on the output coil and could very easy be made variable frequency for  motor speed control from 1Hz to whatever you like.
