In your last video "Delamorto replication 2.mpeg", when you raised the black coil that is connected in series with the bulb, the bulb got dimmer.
This for me means that there is a very high probability that the Tesla coil is not really inducing anything into your black coil

Wattsup could be right or when the bulb got dimmer, the black coil was over the node of the standing wave in the "Tesla coil".
In standing waves - nodes have minimal amplitude and antinodes have the maximum amplitude of oscillations - by definition.

Apparently the load (or antenna at the output of the "Tesla Coil" ) has very mismatched impedance and this causes strong reflections of the pulses back through the "Tesla Coil" acting as a transmission line.
These reflections create standing waves in the coil, that Baroutologos was detecting with his neon screwdriver.  See his quote below:

Lets really look at what Tesla was up against and even Morgan turned his back to him when he found the improvement to the AC system. Morgan couldn't charge then for the power because he had little to do with maintaining the system. He would have zero residual income and thats what Morgan thrived on.
