About the 220V 50Hz input. 
If someone wants a quick easy way to get exactly 50 Hz and be in phase with the grid,
this would be the easiest way to do so, without building complex oscillator circuit.   
Just use the 50 Hz grid signal as the circuits oscillator. 
I was thinking of doing the same thing if I wanted the grid frequency.

But it is not connected to the grid,
the 50 Hz must be generated in this lightblue colored inverter box.


I think he is using in his round box a chopper circuit with a few Khz to interupt the 50 Hz signal
and then puts this chopped 50 Hz signal onto one coil there in his Tesla coil.

Then the BackEMF spikes from this chopping are so high in voltage, that it jumps
the sparkgap and this induces high current pulses into the 5 turn big copper winding.
( or maybe it is also an iron winding or a copper tube with iron wire inside it.

Well, if it is only a big copper wire this 5 turn winding will induce in the 4rd coil on the
Kapanadze coil again some high voltage and this is then also modulated with the 50 Hz
frequency and used as the output.

Somehow the sparkgap firing the 5 turn winding is probably making a huge magnetic field spike dB/dt inside the Kapanadze coil
and thus having a NRM transmutation of the ferrite iron isotopes from the core or any other iron wire inside the
Kapanadze coil.

Otherwise the COP=86 factor is logically not explainable.

So we need to find the circuit diagramm of this Russian made  lightblue colored inverter to dig deeper into this.

Well it is kind of funny if someone tells you something is not needed, yet in nearly every presentation there is
significant time being spent on focusing the camera exactly on that aspect which supposedly is not needed at all.
He DOES however say it. Up to everybody what to make out of it ....

In the skype conversation TK clearly uses the term земля which means ground. Wesley might have pronounced it slightly more sounding like "grant",
but what counts is what TK said.
