Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I'd like to suggest a test, if anyone else ever goes to visit Kapanadze. This is a very sophisticated test so not many people may have thought of it. And I would imagine that Kapanadze would resist allowing it to be performed, because it might reveal his secret. So you've got to arrange to do it without his approval if necessary.

While the device is operating, being demonstrated.... have someone sneak around the outside of the house and pull the main circuit breaker.

If the device stops running, then you can all go home and save your money.

If the device _keeps running_, even with the house main breaker pulled, then it might be worth further investigation. (Don't forget to look for the big extension cord going over to the neighbor's house!!

.... low frequency Near Field magnetic induction (LF air core transformer).

Converting a whole room to an air core transformer makes sense economically when each demonstration brings at least $1000.
Did anybody think to take the aquarium device outdoors - away from eventual windings in the walls or under the floor/ceiling ?

That is right.
I've shown a small demonstration system using magnetic induction at about 500-800 kHz, which produces no heat or other undesireable effects on objects in the field, and which can be scaled up to do what Kapanadze shows. My system's receiver naturally outputs a pure sine wave AC at the transmission frequency, or rectified and filtered DC at the RMS voltage value of the received sine wave-- or both simultaneously.

He probably won't let you tear his walls apart looking for transmitting loops, but you might be able to pull the main house breaker. Or... and this would be a real hoot.... pull out your own simple LF induction receiver (easy to make with minimal components) and see if it lights up.

can somebody explain how to build a circuit then ground it and measure the power going to ground that marches the load before saying that this device is a scam.
I cannot judge whether it is a scam based on the available information, but measuring electrical power involves measuring instantaneous current and voltage simultaneusly and multiplying the intantaneous values at high rate (see here).  Was this done ?
Comparing the brigness/color of heaters or light bulbs with known DC is also a good method of estimating power (see here).  Was this done ?

Also, measuring average current with clamp-on meters yields large errors for high frequency and non-sinusoidal waveforms.  Clamp-on meters do not measure the current directly but via the induced magnetic field and that can be interfered with by external magnetic fields.

Also, normal Ammeters or Voltmeters fail above 1kHz. See Itsu's videos.

stiveip said .... "Than i recall heavy  very much specialized military training"  :o explain yourself please : are you kind of agent or not ?
In Poland every man of Wesley's age had to go through heavy military training.

Or... and this would be a real hoot.... pull out your own simple LF induction receiver (easy to make with minimal components) and see if it lights up.
LF induction receiver must be tuned precisely but any scopemeter with a 3D search coil (three or two coils wound with many turns of thin wire) concealed in the pocket would detect AC magnetic fields present in the room, regardless of their frequency.
The search coil could look like this:
