Somebody is eventually going to wind up killing himself, fooling around with flyback transformers and ratsnests of wires all over the place and big stacks of capacitors. Even if the system is powered by concealed batteries all shrink-wrapped up inside the "coil" rather than some unknown source of "free energy". And especially if they fool around with it outside in the snow. A minor slip, or mistakenly touching the wrong wire, or having a wire come loose and flop around, or even a conductive pathway made by moisture on surfaces .... can ruin your whole morning, at 20 kV.

The setup looks familiar except for the missing DC bias (or PM bias).
The critical elements would be 4 & 3.  (especially the core of 4)
