Can anyone identify the black sheathed 'earth' cable shown in the photo below from Akula's video? It appears to have two insulated conductors. Does it have an overall metallic screen?

I have attached a edited picture which i think where this black cable belong to.I am not sure if it does matter if it's two insulated conductor(tv ant cable?) going to Earth.

The yellow colored winding is referring to the brown cable base on recent posting by Acca.

I am just starting to be big believer of "electrostatic" after seeing:Lasersaber&Lidmotor - Electrostatic Motor and how electrostatic plays a key role in Kapanadze device.Especially after reading and downloading this very important link shown below as posted by Acca.It's all starting to make sense now.Thank goodness the document is kept rather short,straight forward and easy to understand.

Maybe not but look at the other end of the cable where it is terminated to the post. There appears to be a fair bunch of copper strands wrapped around the clamping bolt, which suggests to me that given the heavy gauge of this cable, there are more than two conductors in this cable which have been stripped off to form the bunch of wire strands we see acting as an earth. If so, why are just two of them taken out of the sheath at the device end and the others cut off cleanly and not visible.

Although my studies of the static electric devices have been extensive there is plenty of evidence that Tesla was indeed very interested in the static nature of his special transformer. He was very quickly trying to understand this static field and how it operated in this new device.


I think the biggest problem was on how to take a static field and make it dynamic and harvest-able. And I think what is being done is to use it as a bias to amplify the input current. An intrinsic property of static phenomena or even the electro part of the spectrum is the inductive process. Since the magnetic portion is conservative the electric portion would stand to reason would be the other half of the whole or expansive. With induction comes action over a distance and collection from a distance and it stands to reason that all the collected can be added to the whole through a one sided direct connection to the collected or attracted free charges to the intercept plate(negative plate of that capacitor).


Lidmotor and Lasersaber have taken great strides to learn more about this esoteric field just like Tesla did. They have found that they could organize an otherwise static field and use it for rotational gain in a device. We nee more of this experimentation to fully understand this process and how we can strengthen an otherwise feeble current to net more out then in. We have been taught to ignore this field and look at where it has gotten us... I am happy to see this concept finally making headway and look forward to it helping us to fulfill our dreams of an OU device.
