Dally say, that not unipolar caps not holds, they pumping. But I think if you use hight voltage electrolitical cap, then it be okay, only need not 250 volts, but maybe 600 volts.

The way to a technical device is through a general concept of it's operating principles, you may not realize it , but it is really inportant..
Like Wesley, you have been dogmatic in this endever and it's really good to see individuals who actually contribute to this cause, and not just blow opinions aroud that contain just hot air ...


I  believe that Ruslan is our guy who is really wants to be recognized by what he has discovered through very diligent hard work of  Tesla, and he says that the success of this power device comes down to high voltage, high frequency, and resonance.. He is adamant about that, as well as the understanding of Tesla (teachings), he feels that he had to sacrifice his time and to just give away the principles of his discovery would be a waste of his technical engineering concept. He wants to be the guy.. He is a great technical Geek and that is just priceless, it's his identity what he wants..  Recognition is it, for Ruslan..
