How I may understand electron pulling? Electrons just come from ground (like DC), or come and goes back (like AC)?

I suggest, they go like AC. Because like DC they can not go. How that all exatly works to be overunity I do not know.
If you build Tesla coil, then you can meashure, that in ground wire is sine of Tesla coil frenquency.

I suggest, that energy giung from ground and then going to load, and going to ground less energy, than going from ground (because is special pick up coil). Also if is hight voltage, then two coil is like capasitor and if betwenn them air gap, then maybe go new electrons, energy, from air.
