  It is my understanding that this device initiates a nuclear transmutation of iron57 to cobalt 57.  The process was actually discovered by accident when a transformer core using iron57 in the ferrite underwent transmutation via electron capture to become cobalt 57.   The beta radiation then transformed into emf.  The ferrite exposed to the nmr frequency of iron57 initiated the electron capture and subsequent beta decay.  Is this correct?
