How is it some can believe in one device,and not another that is much the same?.

In my book its called wishful thinking. That is to believe at face value that a device shown on video is a self-runner as claimed or implied by the demonstrator without having the opportunity to properly examine said device in detail. Nobody posting on this forum has claimed that they have had the opportunity to carry out a full and detailed close-up examination and instrumentation test on Kapanadze's, Akula's or Ruslan's etc. various devices and yet some are adamant that the demonstrations are genuine evidence of self-running. As with the illusion that the magician cuts the lady in half on stage, its all too easy to create the illusion that a device self-runs, especially when the demonstrator strings together a long series of videos to capture an audience and even takes the trouble to reinforce the illusion by including teach-in sessions. 

Likewise, nobody has proved beyond reasonable doubt that the devices are faked but the motives for faking are strong and inconsistencies within the various demonstrations clearly apparent when viewed without rose coloured spectacles.

One also has to wonder why Wesley him self ,!who has so much information about these devices,and so much electrical equipment!, has not built one of these wonderful free energy devices?.

Exactly and it is russian too so that's another plus.

A very good sign that the Kapanadze and Akula devices are BS.
There is no device that Kapanadze and Akula has that i can not replicate,or show the same effect-This i have done before,and quite easily.

Yes i could also make video's so it looks like i have a selfrunner very easy.

These devices are just as fake as the TPU-->which no one else has been able to replicate either.
It's funny how some believe in the TPU,and spend many hours,days trying to replicate it,when it is no more believable than the two above.

Well the truth is most likely that he cannot but his rose coloured spectacles paint him the illusion that he could build a self-runner.

Easy to answer.


Wesley works with Colman.
At the time of Lithuania Experiment, Wesley was approached with 100mil euro deal he contacted Arunas and Aidas
The decision of three, was set, that TK has priority rights to  this money as TK was first .
TK blow the deal like drunk  idiot, and time ended.
Thanks to that, Wesley established very  good relation with some  individuals, who accept him the way he is,
as it was close to codex of japanese  pride.That set of values is still cultivated especially in wealthy, or very wealthy families- the clans.
By that  he was asked to work with Colman instead.
Wesley refused to benefit from that wealth, however Wesley has nothing against wealth and money.


Wesley is not consumed by idea of FE.For Wesley it is a fun.
He invested "a lot* " of money in  his lab. (* _{a lot-  for one person is few bucks, for others  is hundreds of thousands}) 


Wesley does not rush nor, experiment with electrostatic concept on daily  basis.
Say once on the blue moon.
Wesley have seen TK device than  Lithuania Experiment than Colman.


Some of this experiment are really not safe.
If you  ionize DNA and RNA it may be your last.However it might not.

So what about (TK, Akula, Ruslan and in that respect) - Wesley's previous electrostatic concept experiments?


Easy answer.
1.Wesley is not wealthy man but he is OK.
2.Wesley is not good in everything.*   
3.Wesley has only  one life, and he does not  want to dedicate his  life to "some of the elements of humanity" he assigned "as trash*" and risk at the same time his.

People dream about flying, and experiment with it  for  thousands of years and some with very sophisticated equipment. (Wright Brothers 1903)
Now every teenager or  even  smaller kid can build and fly it under supervision, in the sunny day for few bucks of investment.
Do they need to have Wesley's  knowledge for it?
