i had absulatlly nothing to do with the original tpu ...   but i wanted to know how it worked so i stoped at nothing to find out ... 

now i know ...

I think your right, Trino. No "Non-Disclosure Agreement" is worth anything in Court. And any employee can be subpoenaed to testify under oath.

Another thing a civil suit could show, is who is really behind "U.E.C." Obviously it is not a real company, with bricks and mortar and products, but is only a holding company that is a subsidiary of another corporation; or owned by individuals hiding behind it... Created only to hold this and maybe other technologies too.

Through subpoenaing the U.E.C. information, the lawyers for the Plaintiffs might be able to show that a corp like "G.E." or "Siemens" was the real owner... Or another major corporation with Public Stock Offerings and Consumer Sales. If the news that a major corporation was deliberately shelving clean and cheap energy technology was ever made public.... What would happen to the consumer sales and stock value of that corporation once the world heard about it? 

Lol once the stock began to take a nose-dive, and the consumer sales started to crash; the executives of that corp could expect to be thrown out of the plane at 10,000 feet... Without a "Golden" or any other kind of parachute

I have no intention of doing something mean to steven mark. The problem with replicating the TPU is we don't actually know who he is, if he is still alive or not, and his background. Infact, a large part of figuring out how to build a device is to understand the inventor. Before you can understand tesla's patents, you must first understand who tesla is in the first place. There is nothing wrong with speeding up research by locating a person and figuring out if he is alive. I think that once he has been truly discovered, he will no longer remain in hiding. I have a feeling some people here might be opposed to this because they didn't think of this first. lol

If the world would ultimately destroy itself because steven mark is hiding his device and himself, would it be possible to sue him? Or even suing him for something just to find out if he is alive or where he currently lives? Because if he doesn't show up for court, they will have a warrant for his arrest.

Please don't laugh and bash if this seems silly. It was just an idea...

"They" will not have a warrant for his arrest just because he fails to respond to a civil complaint.  I think you confuse civil and criminal law.
