That's a pretty broad subject, but anyway I was thinking about evaporation and looking at a few websites, the way clouds form,
Here's my take, evaporation takes place water to vapor, sunlight breaks the water down into its molecular state, water is an energy carrier it absorbs energy to become negetively charged this causes it to be repelled by the charge of the earth so it rises into the atmosphere to be concentrated as clouds which become positively charged which is attracted to the earth and fall as rain.

If we build a spinning vortex of water,charge it negative (extremely high voltage) would we get lift?
Maybe a experiment for the rodin coil.

I agree there is a lot more to water than meets the eye.It can be used as a wire(with electrolyte).
Ever see tiny globs of water float for a second on top of the surface when running water from the tap into a bowl?At first you might think they are bubbles but they are tiny beads of water.This is due to electrostatic neg charges lining up on the outside of the tiny bead hence repelling the bead above the surface of the water.Water is polar hence able to dissolve many things that nonpolar solvents can't.You can make capacitors with it.Likewise liquid diodes.I'm sure there are other things too.triffid

Water expands its volume when it freezes.It also carries dissolved gases.Carries enough oxygen for fish.With the right chemicals you can pull water out of thin air(potassium chloride for one).Triffid

I was reading the other night about the nazi's and their tech they said that a scientist that studied water vortex's built and engine for one of their flying scaucer shaped craft. I cant remember the web site it was late and I didn't bookmark it.
Water is the most abundant and the most mysterious compound on our planet,when its supercooled it takes on even more anomalies, there's fifteen stages of ice probably more to be discovered. Its structure lines up in a electric field, its an energy carrier, I believe an almost inexhaustible battery could be made using supercooled water under pressure.
As it gets negitively charged its repelled by the earth then as it forms clouds and takes on a positive charge then falls back. All one has to do is look into a thunderstorm to see the power.

Consider Schauberger's work.  He was able to fracture water by mechanical process.  An annular liquid mass spinning at high RPM has great potential.  The stories of UFO's hovering over bodies of water, and dropping induction pipes...
