OK SO HOW WOULD THE RING  BE POWERED TO CONSERVE ENGERY ..

WELL THAT IS A VERRY GOOD QUESTION ..  AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN THINKING .. 1# RING THE OUTSIDE RING..  IT COST YOU FROM YOUR SOURCE TO A DEGREE ..  BUT AFTER YOU CAUSE THE OUTTER RING TO DO A LAP THE ENGERY IS THEN SENT 1 WAY DIRRECT TO A CAP ... THIS CAP IS THEN CLOSED UPON RING #2 SO THAT IN THE SENCE THE MORE YOU FLICK RING #1 THE STRONGER THE FEILD GETS IN RING #2 UNTILL THE CAP IS CHARGED .. THEN YOU WILL BE USEING THE MAGNETICS FROM RING #1 TO PROPELL RING #2 IN RING  #2 YOU COULD HAVE GENERATOR PICK UP COILS... NOW YOU CAN THEN BLEED OF THE #2 COIL DRIVEING CAP.. TO FEED RING #3  AND SO ON...

AS WELL AS USEING THE MAGNETICS OF #2 TO ROTATE #3 RING WICH HAS A LOCKED CAP/LOOP

COULD EVEN BE A SUPER CAP .. CHARGED FROM A JT  ;) :D 8)
