  Harrp is a study of the electromagnetic phenomenon created by the collision of coronal mass ejection  aka solar wind on the day side of the Earth.  The shockwaves generated by this create longitudinal waves in the ionosphere as well as the interplanetary plasma mass.  They are called Alfen (hope I spelled this correctly) waves.  The Harrp deal is trying to generate these waves in a portion of the ionosphere to study them and verify that the aurora borealis is caused from magnetic reconnection causing space storms.  There are a huge amount of communication sattelites out there that man in his infinite capacity to be stupid is becoming reliant upon.  Trillions of dollars invested in the new communication cage or grid we are becoming reliant upon.  The Sun burps all that shit down the tubes.  We worried when the computers were expected to go down in 2000 now think about a worldwide blackout due to every transformer on Earth and in the sattelites above generating power in excess of anything man has ever done for the last 200years collectively.  Electrostatic fields spontaneously arrising all over the place.  You ask me heliophysicists know this shit is coming and soon.  Harrp is an experiment to see how bad it can get or perhaps an attempt to reinforce the magnetosphere to save the new tower of Babel we have built.  GPS gone Compasses gone.   The thirst for power is unquenchable.  Alot of it is the product of poor toilet training of children and neglect of a childs emotional needs.  A lack of love and compassion for others.  A brain disfunction of the higher orders of the brain that allows one to imagine and become aware of what they are actually doing could be a second explanation.   These people's minds have not developed beyond that of the snake.  There level of awareness pitiful.  They all want to be topdog and once they get there they realize the climb wasnt worth the view.  I pity these people their life is meaningless and empty.  Perhaps they are a seperate type of species where the reptilian lower brain functions were coupled to higher memory functions but that is where it ended.  No ability to imagine.  Just watch mindlessly and respond like a snake going after prey because it worked before and this is how I did it I remember.  I have no fucking idea what I will do next I'll just go on the hunt and find me another easy meal.

the one reason why i bothered to create this thread,
was out of what is left of my altruism.

why the rich and powerful look down on most of the populace,
is because most of the populace has a poor outlook on life.
