According to prof. Cardone it is neither fission nor fusion. This is the transmutation of matter.     More bubble fusion.  This is how dumb we are.  We have hydrogen produced by the kiloton everyday and distributed at the northpole.  But we are so selfconsumed with the quest for fusion we produce hydrogen expenditure of energy  then we try to fuse it into helium.  More expenditure of energy.  You cant drink helium.  Why wouldnt you just take the hydrogen you are trying to fuse and have it combine with oxygen in a fuel cell.  Hit some water with infrared it gets less dense.  It rises, overcoming gravity.  Hit is with xrays and gammarays what does it do.  Cant electrons and ionized cores be influenced to be classified in the presence of a magnetic field.

Personal considerations.

Typically these discoveries into possible alternative energy, if not become reality in a reasonable time (few years), in turn inevitably inexhaustible sources by publishing XFILES to the delight of those who see conspiracies around the world.
And of those, then, that somehow we speculated above ... for and against. Let's hope so.
The presence of distinguished researchers, armed forces, of prestigious universities and centers of Italian and foreign research suggests that this is a serious matter. Too many important people misses the face, is not it?
And if the price of oil disproportionately in recent months were the result not only of the increased international demand, but, instead, fear that these oil companies have that their wealth has come at the terminus?
If so, we would be really close to a turning point for humanity's future ... ... and all of us.
