Another useless piece of paper sitting at the patent office.  The only reason this 'patent' (and I don't know why it can be called that since it describes nothing and details none of the invention outline - merely an IDEA) survived the censorship process was because it contains a big fat zero.  A couple of paragraphs outlining a notion and a diagram of a ball/mass + shield.

The secondary role of this shield is to remove the effect of inertia. Inertia
is the absorption of aether particles in accelerating body. The faster a body
moves, the greater its mass becomes as a result of the collection of greater
amounts of aether within the body.

This sounds quite contrary to observed phenomenon, no?  No relativity here.  As I accelerate, at higher speeds, I would observe myself having more inertia, not relative to some initial reference point, but period.  Even minute local adjustments of velocity/direction would be difficult at high speeds.  Sounds wrong to me.

Just so you know:  I may need to try this on another computer because I get an Error 404 : File Page Not Found
And this happens every time I try looking on this publicly available computer lab.

I can go elsewhere, but it'll be Trial-and-Error until I've tried all desktop units available to me.
