Can some explain how to tune oscilation from tesla 369 earthquake 2 power

This is how it's done...

Wink 368 times while jumping Tesla's final test wire to the beginning of the Sheep's Wool multi Coil  Segment.
On the 369th wink you must twist a small Germanium Diode with a Large Transistor during the charging phase of the Transformer.
The last step involves melting a 17k Resistor over your OU setup while sticking a 1.2 V Rechargeable NiMh Battery into your Rear cap-Ass-itor.
The result will be a bonified tuned oscillation from a 2 power 369 Earthquake Receiver. (like the one in my Basement)

I'm pretty sure these instructions will work, why won't you follow the Observer's advice? Additionally you could get an insurance quote for the 369 earthquake 2 power free energy bypass system. Once you get everything going in the backend it should be easybeans for you.

Now im done with radiant energy
im doing my best to learn these electronics so I
can put tge moray valve together and teslas black box
there both the same the only problem im having is the
bulbs Im trying to understand ohms law
but its not makings sense to me if the voltage is
120 the ohm is straight wire on metter
the resistance is none
how does the pressure change the ohm
and resistance to keep the bulb stable
and from just exploding when its turned on
if I can understand that the using a variable
inductor i think it called can reverse the system because the
middle rod or nail would never reach
saturation I just dont understand how the pressure
acts as a resistor or changes the ohm
or both to keep it from blowing up
please help me understand

all these medications or my head infection

The way im visualizing this is the bulbs act as some kind of
helix for the frequency the waves swap so fast they apear neutral
but there not the bulbs some how slow the wave down
to be seperated the inductor some how tunes
the frequency needed and the remaining
frequency would go out the bulb it would always be funneling from the antenna to the bulbs but the inductor some how stores or removes the
frequency it needs to bounce the caps oscilate the motor in
reverse i know it works I spun that router
with just granite I dont understand all the principles but
I seen it with my own eyes and it can be built to give unlimited energy
from a antenna with no tower even
to put out the power the frequency comes

So I havent got the answer but im kinda catching on
so a led has no Gas but needs a resistor
so the resistor is doing the job of the gas

Now resistence in this video is explained as the air
now under that theory a broken incandescent
would need no Gas by adding the right ressitor
it should light right !
So if the resistor in a flourecent is less
im a little stuck on the flourescent is it removing the resistace
like actualy exciting the particles
not the filament so the particles
are essential allowing a opposite of ressitance
how can that be we know teslas tubes
were flourecent 24 inch so the flourescent
possible pulls the frequency from air
by no resistance its a vacume for energy
then transfered through the bulbs to what
what would the bulbs turn energy into
radio waves but would the waves be all one frequency the frequency of the gas if thats the case then the gas should be
funneling all frequency like a crystal
to one frequency and that one frequency can then be converted to
a pulse electromagnet like a pulse
