So, seriously, are these massed animal deaths natural or contrived by HAARP?  Or some other WMD that no one's ever seen?  What do you think?

I started a poll to ask the question, and my initial response is:  I need more scientific information before I can say conclusively.  My answer now is "undecided."

I fully agree Lee,
but even though we hear (Regularly) on the news
many birds, etc. have been sent to laboritories for analysis,
they never says which ones they were sent to,
or any followup information about what they found.

Does anyone here have a trail to follow for the rest of us ?

Whom are these mystery "Laboritories" they speak of ?

I called four of my local TV news stations that ran
a report which stated they were sent out
and asked them for validation of their statements.

Not one had a legitimate answer for me...

Love the "Alien spacecraft" poll choice too,
but I would like to thinks birds smarter
than to get in their way if possible.  :D

Hi all......it's one of two things the government or terrorists, #1 the gov staging it to look like terr., or #2 the actual terr. Definately somebody using a new kind of chemical warfare. It's just like the bird flu. The scary thing is their just in the testing stage,how to do controlled dispursements........the sad thing is there is no way to stop them..........shylo

That's usually what the conspiracy theorists say.  So far, I'm curious and interested, especially if it is actually pollution that's causing this.  But, then, I didn't put too much logical sense in what I was told during the Viet Nam War by politicians at the time.

I'm waiting for what they say about the scientific test results.

So my point is quakes open crack in earth to release radon gas or other.
We would never notice gas unless it had a sulfur odor, normally noticed while released during tremor& quakes.

Funny that birds however like to bath in the heated flue gas from a nat. gas furnace.
I'm sure they breath fresh cold air while enjoying the warm but COx rich steam updraft.

Or earth magnetic wave, even a sudden brick wall air pocket violently over G ed them like a mach-5 pilot will pass out suddenly and crash.

We just locally had a warm/cold air mass violent condition with isolated F3's

And I never notice Chem-trails arround here. Too many Gov contractors tring to live here would complain to right criminals responcible.

Radon exists in basements, in various parts of the country; you're correct.  But radon wouldn't kill a bird instantly, right?  These birds died practically at once.

Right, it might be that.  Poison gas.  But a bird wouldn't die suddenly.  And, I don't think they all died of Bird Flu or West Nile Virus, either.  Not all of them and not all at once.

i have seen in nature 3 egales open up a "DOOR" and and allow almost 300 black birds apear in an instance ...  in doing so they showed me the 4th horse shoe ..

There are enough 'Web references to speculate about, but where's the proof?  If these devices can do as they're supposed to do, i.e. kill animals, then they're more than merely *highly classified*.

Well, people claim to have seen a UFO, or have something happen that they can't explain.  I'm a Native American, and I'm rather familiar with shamanism in general, but I don't think what you say you saw falls into that subject of cultural experience.

The article describes a strange radar observation at time and location of falling birds.

Additionally there is a very interesting comment posted below the article, quote:

sounds intriguing allright ;D, but as said before,  we need some more pieces of the puzzle even to cast the faintest suspicion upon HAARP.

But something surely made the dog act strangely, especially when she repeated this behaviour the second day when the fish died.

I believe the shift in the magnetic north pole was sudden, not gradual. In 2007, I started monitoring the north pole using my old-fashion compass. The compass did not show any noticeable change until a Chilean earthquake in the mid of 2010.

There are not only strangely acting dogs, but also strangely acting men everywhere. They don't care about massive bird death. They only care about their stomach. From my prospective, they are always "strangely acting".  To be honest, I have no idea what you were talking about.

 I have a gut feeling on this one, and at the top of my list of causes is the natural gas fracking that is going on in the same area, by none other than Halliburton!

Well, okay, I do agree.  Refineries in the Midwest produce smog-like chemicals---at the very least, methyl nitrate, among others---in large quantities.  The EPA may not consider this to be very significant.

I did check on GOOGLE until the computer wouldn't respond and I had to back out to this page.

They are starting to drill in Newfoundland and Labrador, but wouldn't other animals be dying as well as seals?  Some say the winter pack ice is thinning to the point that seal pups are being born on land and they can't survive that far away from quick, plentiful fish on ice floes, having been caught by their mothers.

You may be right, but I think other animals may be being poisoned as well, if it was pollution.
