Hi Goat,
Thanks for your input.  It might be a problem with the data quality, etc., between the server with the uploaded information and Overunity's IP server.

Others have had similar issues.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Smith isn't using an earth ground connection the way Kapanadze is.  But they're both amplifying or transforming an imputted power source.

I think I remember either him saying of in his pdf that circuit perfomance could be "improved" even further by utilizing earth ground.
But if the output is what Don states it is who needs earth ground anymore... portable device has way more advantages over "grounded" one.
