I don't know of any creeks although my lot is part of a wide drainage area.I do get lots of water from the other lots around.Maybe a shortsight on my part?I have two connecting lots.One has two drainage ports on it.One up near the front of the lot and away from my house and the other way in back where just trees are.I hope to plant water loving plants on it.I have not had the time yet to do so.I think I will as the summer wears on.Once again hot and muggy as weinergate continues.Radio djs here are having a fieldday with senators weiners problems.triffid.

Rocks Rocks Rocks on the moon rocks on mars What can we do with rocks???Rocks without mortar that is.Can we get water from them? Can we build shelters with them ?How about fences to herd the moon cattle?Or mars cattle?I think we should hold some kind of contest to come up with ways to build things out of rocks using no mortar.I bet we could  come up with some pretty neat stuff!!I see lots of rocks in the backstreet allys of st.Louis.I already used some rocks to fill two holes in my yard.Free for the taking.triffid

Yes we could build a village.After I asked that question I started looking around and started seeing chairs ,tables and benches that could be made from rocks.I could see how we would have machines that make square blocks out of round stones.Since there are millions on rocks on the surface of mars and the moon.There must be a thousand different ways or more to use them.Other than mining them for their metals and other stuff.All without mortar.Of course rocks could be fused by melting them.triffid
