Lets see a collapsing magnetic field causes bemf but if bemf is captured in a capacitor then all we have is a low negative potential, so if a collapsing magnetic field is not a back flow of particles but just a low negative potential then we dont need the cap at all.
Or am I missing something 

But on the other hand if we take the positive energy from a collapsing magnetic field and run it through a coil the collapsing field from that coil should be a negative potential.

In high voltage air purifiers the pos electrode accumulates a neg ion cloud and the neg electrode accumulates a pos ion cloud.

Well if nothing else Iv given a different view and stimulated thought.

doesn't matter. the flow is the same direction if it's pointed from positive to negative or negative to postiive... it doesn't for from + to - to +.

whatever your paradigm.... + and - interact.  If you consider it's positrons (+ to -) or electrons (- to +) ... but in either case both currents go the same direction relative to themselves from one side to the other....

Well, if we consider a picture tube from a television set, we know that electrons move from the cathode in the gun of the tube, to the positive screen in the front of the tube. Its fact.  But I havnt read or heard anything about any particles coming off of the + screen in the front of the picture tube and all aligned by the deflection coils and focus them on the electron gun - cathode.
