Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Here are 13 states that will raise their minimum wage come jan.1,2014.
Mo got a 15 cent an hour raise.

The Mayor of San Francisco is thinking of trying to increase the local minimum wage to around $14.50/hr.   For a Gov't standard 2012 hrs/yr for full time employment, that's about $28,000 - $29,000/yr, or so.   Still not enough.   The 'street' minimum wage for San Francisco, if you want to live indoors in an SRO residence hotel room; it's $35,000 - $40,000/yr.   Not kidding.   This is San Francisco, after all.   The South Bay/Silicon Valley tech sector is causing a housing and office building boom that's driving teachers out of town to surrounding counties that're less costly.   High rents are putting more and more people on the streets WITH winter coming shortly.

This isn't any joke for those who're outside scraping by.   Fortunately, I live in subsidized housing, so this isn't an issue.   I'm lucky in that regard.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Hi Lee,I once met someone who used to live in S.F.He said the rents were so high that he and others had to spend all month collecting money for the rent.He also said that even $1000 a month apts were littered with thrown away needles. He was in Dallas, texas when I met him.

This company has copper mines in Zambia where their goal is to extract as much copper as possible and pay as little tax as possible to the country itself.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glencore.I watched a tv show on this company on public tv last night.triffid

Investments in Zambia[edit]"
  • fficials in Zambia believe pollution from Glencore's Mopani mines is causing acid rain and health problems in an area where 5 million people live."Investments in the Democratic Republic of the Congo[edit]The company's Luilu copper refinery uses acid to extract the copper. For three years after taking over the mine it continued to allow the waste acid to flow into a river. The chief executive, Ivan Glasenberg, was interviewed for Panorama by John Sweeney and said 'It was impossible to remedy any way faster'
They have also come under scrutiny for acquiring illicit "conflict minerals"
Glencore has acquired stakes in the Kansuki mine in Congo's southern Katanga Province: Congo's government transferred a 75 per cent stake in Kansuki mine in secret and at vastly undervalued prices in July 2010 to a company in which Dan Gertler, who is a close friend of President Joseph Kabila, has an interest. Just a month later in August 2010, Glencore took half the shares of the company that acquired that 75 per cent stake, becoming the operator of the mine. Glencore is financing the entire development of the Kansuki mine, thereby carrying the costs for its other partner companies which are associated with Mr Gertler.
