Thank you for the well thought out response and I believe you hit on most of the important concepts.

Energy is the capacity to perform work and work is (F x D) or a force which is the cause for something to move through a distance. However we could say energy is motion as an acceleration, as constant motion we call kinetic or a deceleration. In every case energy is motion or a change in motion to everything already in motion on some scale. Thus, as many physicists simply say... the universe and everything in it is energy.

This is the very premise of FE and there was never any need for creation/destruction or something from nothing which is a false narrative. Everything is already in perpetual motion which is energy thus the only real question is what is the most practical way to transform this energy into a form we want.

As many famous FE inventors implied, it is not so much a matter of thinking about energy but knowing it. To know and understand everything is energy despite our mind and senses trying to convince us otherwise. For instance in my world there is no static only dynamic and what others see as stationary I see as having incredible energy as motion. It is something we learn to embrace as a universal truth and apply to every aspect of our lives.

As such when I go to the bench and build I do not have to wonder where the extra energy could come from as I already know. It is everywhere in everything and my only concern is how to transform the various forms of energy already present into another form I want. I found it very difficult to change my perspective at first and I had to keep telling myself everything I see as stationary is a lie and I know otherwise, there is no static only dynamic. We keep repeating this, we keep seeing things for what they truly are and after a while it becomes intuitive to us and we don't even have to think about it, we know it.

People are not born doctors, engineer's, scientists or other professions it is something they learn which then becomes normal and a part of who they are. FE technology is no different and it is simply something we learn and accept over time. Most people cannot succeed at FE because they refuse to accept it and what they do is akin to trying to build a wind turbine without knowing or understanding the wind. They would build there wind turbine inside a house and tell everyone it cannot work for reasons they do not understand.

So now we know everything is in perpetual motion and this constitutes free energy. Now the next step is choosing the form of energy we wish to transform on any given level and devising means in which to transform it to the form we want. The most common is thermodynamic energy or heat which is a form of molecular motion. The molecules are oscillating and if we can coordinate these small motions into a larger unidirectional force it will produce a larger tangible motion we can measure. This is why many of these devices produce cooling effects and they are not unlike a heat pump in there action. It just so happens that the "pump" is the oscillating molecules and there motion is mechanical in it's nature just like a compressor pump. As above so below and all energy is motion thus in some sense mechanical on the level the motion occurs.

It's not hard to understand we just have to learn to see it for what it is.

I have been following Dollar's work for decades however he uses almost unintelligible terminology and equations which only adds confusion to the subject in my opinion. I believe it was Einstein who implied... if we cannot explain something simply we probably don't understand it well enough. In this respect Dollar's master, Nikola Tesla truly was the master and often spoke conceptually in simple terms.

As well, I have worked in a power plant as have many of my Engineer friends and we can tell you as a fact your claim is questionable at best. I even designed and built my own island mode AC generators and grid tie systems. As such I would probably know if something shady was going on and there is not to my knowledge. If I may ask, what do you do for a living David?.
