Christo4_99 the best thing for you to do is to get a GNU/GPL license for your technology and make a full disclosure to the public.  This way you will undoubtedly be the father of this technology while your device will be put to use instead of on a shelf to be forgotten. 

If that is not enough let me assure you that you will earn more than enough money giving speeches at colleges and universities around the world for $30k-$50k per speech if not more. 

As other have said the selfish path always leads to failure.  I hope you see the logic in this and choose the selfless path for yourself, for humanity, and for the planet.

How can the GNL/GPL license that is designed for dealing with software have any validation and protection on an invention of a physical device?

Be careful of misinterpreting software laws for hardware, so to speak.

I have not built it yet.But it is "the" principle and it will work.I am just trying here to clear a man's credibility and mine of course,and to tell all of those people who have gone down this road that there are fruits to be had here and that their time has not been wasted.I will post a video on youtube of the working wheel when i have it built...with the mechanism covered up of course.I'd like to thank Stephan for starting this web site.

Congratulations  christo4_99 on your perceived success.  Remarkable that you and Alan now have potentially working wheels, from my standpoint it is going to be interesting how you guys handle this as I am still in a dilemma about what to do.
