Hi Guys,

A one year countdown starts whenever I post anything directly describing my for sale unpatented device in DETAIL or post a video on the You Tube describing it. That means its PUBLIC DOMAIN and I have 1 year to patent it from date of posting. No one except me as the original inventor can do this during that 1 year time frame. After that the device is fair game for anyone to patent.
A patent lawyer gave me that advice.


This works beautiful for me as the whole world will now know how to build it.  Whomever contacts me during the 1 year time frame can set up arrangements with me to purchase patening rights knowing full well that anyone in the world can construct it.  If  interested partys do not contact me before the years end then they risk their competition patening the device first     I loose after 1 year but its worth the risk to me.

Its a win-win situation for the world and me.

The titanium bolt would probably work too. I was a CNC machinist for 15yrs then a design engineer for 15yrs and I have a shed full of industrial CNC equipment for any purpose I desire. I just made some titanium parts for SPAWARS and it's not a problem. I also have TIG, wire and stick welders so I can fabricate parts from most metals. 

If you have a year to patent, then maybe you could design in CAD a working device and just sell plans on the net! You might be surprised how much you would earn in a year!

The titanium rod I need is 3/8 inches in diameter, 5 3/4 inches long, with a 1 3/8 inch tread on one end of the rod.  16 threads per inch.

To hard for me to cut and thread with the equipment I have. All I would do is scratch up the rods surface.  I already have a 12 inch section of rod to work with.

I am trying for the most uncomplicated/inexpensive route to do all of this. Patenting can turn into a costly mess which will go no where after spending a fortune.  Anyhow I already know the US patent office does not take patent applications for overunity or perpetual motion devices.  What catagory this device might fall into is unknown to me   Two magnets repelling each other while turning clockwise in my case.
