Why not apply for the OU prize here on this forum? If the money collected so far is not enough for you, you can ask for more - I think people will donate a lot to see it fully uncovered. As a sweetener you can show the device operational but with the main "thing" covered. Of course you will get the money when it's fully uncovered and a test device is provided for Stefan to examine it.
If the sum of money collected this way is still not enough you can apply for other prizes also - I think there are actually quite many of them all over the world.
If that's still not enough, while waiting for the donations, you can prepare the mentioned CAD files and/or ready to assembly kits or fully operational devices.
If that's still not enough make the auctions with limited editions of the device (with unique numbers) - like "The first PM device in the world". There are actually plenty of people willing to have something like this on their desk.
If that's still not enough, for sure you will be invited for the conferences, interviews etc.
If that's still not enough, for sure you can apply for the Nobel prize ;>

Chinese companies don't care about the patents. Their authorities say, that everything a human being invents belongs to every man on the planet.
So... let them even produce your device - so what ? After all you, me, them, everybody want to have this device at home. Enough money, business opportunities for everybody to benefit - including especially you.

One thing you have to be aware of - most of the rare earth magnets come from China. I'm not sure how they will use this advantage ;/

Rare Earth materiales such as in neodymium magnets are rapidly increasing in costs. I import speaker drivers from China. These speakers have neodymium magnets, and the prices on the drivers have increased 120% in one year. The magnets alone has increased about 400% (!!!) in one year.

So why use neodymium, if a traditional ferrite magnet (upscaled) can do the same job cheaper?

Wow! Can't believe MasterPlaster said that..look up. That's the wrong people to contact. Unless you want to end up dead. Lets see you make a device that produces energy for very long time. They are in the business to sale something that burns very quickly. If you take a billion dollars a day from them I think they won't be too happy with you.. Just saying.
