This "new incarnation of the original Edward Dally's circuit" is not really new, as this was already 1,5 year ago discussed by Ruslan here:

In this video Ruslan says that the width of the nanopulse determines the frequency of the push-pull driver for the yoke transformer. 
It is a 40^th subharmonic of the nanopulser, ...or something like this.

As far as I know, none of the replicators tired to tune the push-pull driver to a subharmonic of the nanopulser's frequency.

   Not new, nor very interesting...

   So, did Dally die, since then? Or just disappeared like SR 193, and so many others?
   Just look at Ruslan's new version of the old Dally circuit, it can barely light the bulbs. 
   A weak ns HV pulse does little to obtain any real USE ABLE power extraction from the surrounding ambient, or to see any real amplification effect.  At least, the way I see it. 
  This may all be just a cover up to what's really going on, with the "boys".  And who is financing them, and keeping them working overtime, on something like Akula's secret 30KW device.
   Or, is that not so?

2 weeks old build seems pretty new to me and if it is a selfrunner then why isn't it interesting regardless of output power ?
