Attached are scope shots (x10 probe connected to top of coil) taken across primary of my toroid.

So this is the voltage across the primary of T1, right?

Those values seem very reasonable. Their ratio is a little less than 4 which can be explained by stray inductance and capacitance.
What are the OD, ID and TH dimensions of your toroidal core?

11mm OD, 5mm ID, 4mm TH.

Yes, but I have the coil reversed at the moment, so its the 12T winding.

Hello to all of my colleagues.

I add about a saturation of rings.
I looked in one of my books on RF technology. Maybe in the web is an electronic version of this book, there is information about the rings.

Itsu,  first ring in your's video, very similar to the the size of the FT-37 by company "Amidon" (USA), this ring is usually a relatively linear. There are special ferrites, designed to work in a linear RF amplifier. These ferrites have a longer linear region of operation.
It is advisable to have a ring with a greater permeability of about 3000 and a small size. The smaller the ring, the faster it will go into saturation.
Rings of large size and low permeability can not enter into saturation in this scheme.

I keep my repetition frequency stable all the time at about 10Khz, so only variable is the drain voltage and the duty cycle of the pulse (11ns -500ns)

All this "jumping up" of the duty-cycle and the need for caution to keep the pulse width below 500ns, must be somewhat stressful to you.
This "jumping up" would not happen if you replaced the U3 with 73HC(HCT)02 ,Quad NOR Gates, connected like on the attached diagram:
