Ask yourself why device is not available outside inventor country  . It's all the game. Bla bla bla ... many got it in the past. For example Floyd Sweet or Moray.

Permission to correct you my friend: till the end of the year, the device is available just in the inventor city. They want to fix some "bugs"in case of malfunction. In 2014 they will start to sell in the whole Country..I'm from Brazil and back in June, I sent email to them and I had this answer....
By the way, I'm not saying this equipment works. Like everybody here, I would like to see....

If my personal opinion is interesting - it is energy recovery circuit through BEMF which is feeding second much lower resonant frequency frequency autotransformer for current recovery instead of high voltage. Then entire secondary resonant circuit is in series to original so effectively you have BEMF for voltage source and current source  in autotransformer (induced in its secondary) for electrons flow...

I don't think the circuit was available for discussion on this thread or elsewhere on ou.com !!   

Do please enlighten us why the toroids are placed in the same configuration ( at right angles ) as Kapanadze ? Do you need reference to Kapanadze's Aquarium video's ? Or  Kapanadze's 2004 video which shows a metal can placed in the same position ?

If you understood the magnetics of this circuit , you would not be dismissing this Kapanadze replication. If you have qualified knowledge about BEMF in this circuit do share with us. Yes there is a series resonant circuit for energy recovery, but that is the only electrical resonance used in this circuit !!!

I had a little tinker. I got 30 seconds of free running, and a couple of catastrophic capacitor explosions. Something I have never seen before in testing such a "benign looking circuit"!!
