Just to let you know. I was talking to my friend who is a programming freak :)  - he is gonna create over weekend my custom made sophisticated software for LabWiew.  I am gonna run it to sweep all possibilities of frequencies and duty cycles and let it to plot the outputs. I will run it all day if need- no boder- I am gonna f... crack it down  :D

   From what I gather from one of the Russian guy's video, (jpok), it looks like the reduced duty cycle allows for the reshaping of the wave form of Kacher's signal, and this helps to create a better and stronger sync between the Kacher and induction circuits signals.
   But, it has been months now since he showed those videos, and he hasn't further shown any of his devices self running, yet.
Maybe he won't show that, small detail...

Nice video. Just I think you should get rid off the Kacher. To work with Kacher if awful to set it right. Ruslan has said the very same in his last videos. You need ability to trigger the signal and to set its duty cycle (in most cases as I see it is around 20%). What I know for sure is Ruslan is NOT using kacher anymore.
I was watching the other video last night (I am sure you have seen it before) where guy shows quite impressive  result, and again on his scope he shows Unipolar pulses on his antenna, which you hardly can get with the Kacher.  Maybe you can with the help of that ferite rod between antenna  - that's what Akula was saying- , but I really do not know. I couldn't see any effect of that small bucking coil on my device. 

  The use of magnet for fine tuning of yoke is clever idea. Just thinking I might to print some plastic structure letting mi to " screw it down".
