Hi Hoppy. Well there are free energy claims popping up in different places around the world from
time to time, but it may be that in some parts of the world people in general are more open minded to
the possibility of over unity than in other parts of the world. Since Kapanadze is from eastern Europe,
he may have generated a lot more interest from people in that part of the world. It's hard to say.

That's a fair point. Maybe a sort of OU club developed or developing.

It was also mentioned that Kapanadze did not want to operate the device in bad weather conditions. This led to opinion being expressed that this comment might suggest that Kapanadze was concerned about a storm cutting-off the grid supply during a demo.

  Here' something to think about:

   "Tesla Transformers are not electromagnetic  devices; they use radiant shockwaves, and produce pure voltage without  current.
Each  transformer  conducted a  specific  impulse  duration  with  special  force. Therefore each had to be  "tuned"  by adjusting    the disrupter to that specific impulse  duration.  Adjustments of arc distance provided this control factor.   Once each transformer was tuned to its own special response  rate,  impulses  could  flow  smoothly through the system like gas flowing in a pipe".
   Tesla referred to his  "electrostatic induction laws",  frequently.
   
     Is that not the same methodology as how the Kapanadze devices function? 
    Kapanadze did mention Tesla, many times.  But, no one else.
    And TK did not need to use as many electronic components, as compared to Akula or Ruslan.  So, the spark gap utilized was an important key feature, to avoid electronic components, that can burn-out due to HV spikes.  So simple you'll laugh...

I'm afraid you first sentence is incorrect. The high voltage is created inductively through the high primary to secondary turns ration. Also, the high voltage from the secondary will produce a current flow when loaded.

   Tesla Transformers are NOT electromagnetic devices...  There's no detectable current flowing, but at a sheet of metal, (or shovel) the non-current state will produce current at a bulb. How this works, may still be unknown.  Or not.
   
  That previous post of mine was a quote, not my words or ideas.  Better to understand it, than compare it to what you know, as it's not anything like it.  Worth looking into.  You would need to read the entire article to get an idea of what they are really talking about. 
   However, the idea is that of the Tesla Impulse Technology. And how it relates to the Kapanadze type devices. From which the Akula/Ruslan/Daly devices are electronically adapted to, by then substituting the spark gap, or not, for the electrical component that we see in their videos.

   I'll try to find that source of the ideas mentioned in my previous posts.
