I have pondered this very piece of evidence myself quite often.

You don't suppose there is an operating Wardenclyffe tower in that region do you?  It sure would explain a lot of the anomalies we are seeing.  I can definitely see a military use for such a tower as it would allow troops access to electrical power in the region with rather primitive receivers and it could be retuned frequently similar to military encryption codes.

it's a longitudinal wave in the audio wave band it goes through anything at 10 to 20 kHz I would have thought and it's a spark transmitter.

Why is that emission in the audio band (10-20kHz) when the Tesla Transformer (a.k.a. "Coil") is usually stimulated by the primary winding at 100s of kHz ?   ...that's ~10x higher.

Also, the antenna of most all radio transmitters ideally is tuned to 1:1 VSWR, but the the VSWR of Tesla's Transformer antenna is tuned to 1:∞ VSWR.

That spacing between the secondary winding turns should be approximately the diameter of the wire, which is what you appear to have.
Such spacing increases the Q factor.

Yes, spacing between turns is the diameter of wire, because it was bifilar wounded at first, then removed one coil and remained like in photo.
You sure that plastic tape is so harmful for coil? because akula and ruslan have also their kacer wrapped in plastic tape and seems to have no issue with that.
The plastic tube which coil are winded on have not a similar influence on coil Q factor? it is from plastic also. 
As a fact I have a layer of plastic tape underneath coil also for turns not to slip and stay in place. It is also harmful ?
