If you run puppy linux as I do then you can run an instance that is trashed after
you see the file and it cannot mess with your computer. I use this one here

you do not partition the harddrive - just write the ISO to a cd and boot from that cd
and it runs live....

The one image says that Don Smith used neodymium magnets and glue as
a mag field blocker and holes in a disk to allow the flux into the coils...
I don't know where to get the powder but think one might heat the neo to
unmagnetize it then crush it to get the powder...

If that works as a mag field shield/blocker then its the only one I know of.
When I get my nerve up to heat them on a fire while I protect my eyes I'll
try to unmagnetize one...

I'm not sure if the used the powder to block magnetic fields. He has magnets inside the coils on left side and right side. Then he has an LP record in the middle with slots of neodymium powder slots and the record rotates between the coils. You could just use neodymium magnets in the center disc. I mean it is about changing magnetic fields and you get that just by rotating magnets past each other. If the rotor material has to be magnetostrictive, then use plates of steel

What makes me sceptical about Don is that I don't know if he powers on these devices ever... On a couple of occasions eh said he just calculated the output and decided not to switch it on, because it would melt everything.

  Well, it looks like this thread is also going to the wayside, with more and more unrelated posts.
With few guys actually building something. Something that WORKS.

And, there seam to be no new FE devices being shown on YouTube, now.

   So, what is the missing link. Or should I say, Is there a missing link???

What do you mean nothing relating to alternative energy on you tube ? you haven't looked and I don't suppose it might of occurd to you that your using the wrong protocol ?  drop the FE in your search string or it shows junk.

The other thing I don't think you understand it's not some thing for nothing. I think you will find you have built a receiver,  you might well find you need a transmitter to start the ball rolling I only know of one device that shows all that but he is not sharing.

Ugh, I see confusion here.
What I ment when linking YT channel, there are still news about ongoing work in different areas. In this particular one was about creating rotating magnetic field without consequence of Lenz law.
