There is a problem with that device Lithuanian experiment in that it uses a spark gap it produces radiation over the entire magnetic spectrum and beyond witch is OK if you don't mind the radiation !

It cant be the only way, the Ruslan device starts to do it a different way  but screws up after the yolk and capacitor,what went wrong
he almost had Tesla's Hair pin circuit, such is life on here  8)
