How to control all Hurricanes now information !!!

I am not saying to cover the whole ocean's water with my idea clear plastic large containers only to the coastal borders to help stop hurricanes from coming into our lands when we need to put them out is my idea plastic containers so maybe it would also redirect the hurricanes too is another thought ?

It is a death trap for sea mammals right off the top.  Then unless you can very clever with the materials engineering, blocking water evaporation most likely means blocking oxygen release, killing the rest of us.

no Mark and the reason if you think about it that the mammals would not die in the spots we put them in and also the Sun's rays will always produce large amounts of oxygen all over the world 24/7 all the time too around the earth but the most problem I see myself is that we are polluting the airs with Co2 which comes from us all and also from cars is a much problem then my thoughts here for sure !!  And one thing we can do is use a type of net that acts like a filtering that is hooked up underneath a helicopter and it go through clouds to clean up the the Co2 in the clouds because the Co2 will a percentage collect to the water molecules so this should clean up alot of the amounts of Co2 in the air !  I really think that black clouds has alot of Co2 in it is why its black then is my thoughts here !  scientists should at least test black clouds to see what elements are in them because I never heard any scientists doing this yet and what the results came back as ?

Please do your homework.  If you block off the O₂ from the phytoplankton then we all die.

wrong you can make farms that grows phytoplankton at an alarming rate that will use up the Co2 in the air that gives off oxygen for all to breath so we can have farms of this stuff !!!  You dont think outside the box I see now

So let's get this straight:  You want to suffocate near coastal waters, and then replace the oxygen harm done, never mind the rest of the ocean eco-system with phytoplankton farms of the same area that will:  wait for it:  evaporate massive quantities of water into the atmosphere.

There is nothing wrong with entertaining wild ideas.  But, all ideas need to be thought through.
