I see it from different point of view. You have 8 cassetes, full of tape, big book of example , descriptions, readings, technical data, experiments, interviews, stories about past masters, famous inventors and respectable scientists and school physics teachers and electrical engeneers working with power grid plant generators. You are almost there, you feel the smell and taste of good coffee you would drink while you are doing a big presentation on a large hall full of the people screaming : show us the magic ! show us the magic !.....


yet all the books are in some cryptic language nobody knew how to decipher and the cassettes ...well... they are in so strange shape that you are sure you coudn't listent to them without some millitary grade super secret device....  [size=78%] [/size]

I bought something 25 years ago and got burned and you are getting all excited about it? 

How are you 100% sure that you are not getting burned right now? YES! You figured out why you got burned back then, BUT, did you figured out why that person "burned" you? And, since you figured out why you got burned, the burning will stop? It is kind of obvious by now that making people change their mind requires outside opinions besides yours....even if you mean well for one person, that person needs two at least to reassure them. More than that, then you are wasting your time on a CRAZY person. Which could be interpreted as a "catfish" from that TV show.

In our efforts to complete a puzzle, a piece might have been inserted in the wrong place but it appeared relevant at the given moment in time.  In time, it will become obvious that the piece doesn't belong there and must be relocated.
The correct location of this piece will transpire down the road as the picture of the puzzle becomes more clear and our contributed knowledge becomes extensive.  This is governed by where were are on the ladder of knowledge.

The power of a forum like this is the diverse viewpoints and different angles to attack a OU problem, In this pursuit we are not necessary on the same rung of the ladder to see or imagine/visualize the same thing.  So this requires some leeway.

Proofing is always the confirmation of the validity of an idea. 
Your objection is very valid in that area and I am sure most members here are sympathetic with you on that.

The question now is,  and what need contribution is..... "why"  ?
The unfortunately requires an elevation in ladder rungs which is difficult and time consuming in order to correct the appearance of a perceived OU situation.

Give it time,  your words will not go to waste.

Simply put, that "empty cassette tape/invisible banana" analogy popped into my mind because of the frustration in reading Chris say the same platitudes over and over and the fact that he actually has zero information content in what he says.  It was just a new angle for fun.  Hence the empty cassette shells with no tape and the pantomime bananas.  It's just so strange to hear him say, "Come and join me and experiment" with no substance or content to what he says.

What is your technology?               Answer, "                                          ."
What do we need to understand?    Answer, "                                          ."

Yet he still makes his pitch as if it's all real.  It's just so bizarre.  It's actually Orwellian, sort of like "Zero Content Big Brother."

Where is your proof and supporting data?   Answer, "                                   ."

Then there is the 130+ years that transformers have been around.   A transformer is a transformer, it's as dead as a dead duck, it's as dead as a doornail.  If you do this "partnered output" wiring on the secondary, it's still as dead as a dead duck, it's still as dead as a doornail.

There is a complete disconnect between what Chris says and what he actually has.

Anyway, I am 98% confident this has fallen on deaf ears when it comes to Chris.  You know the old buzz phrase, "reality distortion zone."

But I am not losing any sleep over it, truly.  There is always the possibility of going into hibernation to wait for results.  Then you can imagine a science fiction movie where they discover me in the year 6543 in my hibernation pod.  They bring me back to life and I wake up and say, "Any results yet?" and Chris' great grandson 180th generation says, "Nope, but it works and we are still testing and hope to have some proof soon."

The follies of life....   And then in the year 6544 John Rohner comes out of _his_ hibernation pod and meets his great grandson 176th generation and together they say, "We will be demonstrating the amazing Papp engine for the first time at PowerGen 6545."
