Creating the perfect overunity Scam

We have all witnessed one scam after another Magnets, QEG, HHO and various Rube Golberg machines.  Unfortunately when and if you finally get them on the bench they all fail the test. 

So with that in mind how would you create the perfect overunity device that could fool not only the general public but also someone with a Masters in Electrical Engineer or a PhD in Nuclear Physics?  Black boxes are allowed but it better pass the tests.

Extra points if you can come up with a marketing plan to milk the masses out of millions and finally a bonus get out of jail free card  if you can do it without actually telling a lie.

Well... since a "proper" test might have to involve a complete hands-on disassembly and reassembly back to operating condition, as well as measurements of many different quantities and environmental variables, it might be very hard to make something that would fool a determined team of skeptical scientists, engineers and magicians.

However if the testers aren't allowed to "look inside" the black box, or to measure whatever they like, observe for however long they like, etc. then I can think of many ways to fool them. After all... we have seen many demonstrations on YouTube that do just that. As long as nobody is able to examine fully a Kapanadze device, or Akula/Ruslan devices, for example... then people are fooled.

Heck, we've even seen people fooled by simple _claims_, without even a YouTube video or any other proof, like the "Mad Mack" sincere gentleman and his claimed permanent magnet motor-- for which not a shred of evidence has ever been provided, yet people are still trying to build them according to his directions. (But it is now alleged that he wants those people to stop what they are doing since he claims to have come up with an improved design during his recent long absence. Again without a shred of proof, no prototype, no YT video.)

So maybe that's the answer to the perfect OU scam --- you don't need to demonstrate an apparatus at all, just _claim_ you've made one in the past, and that you are under an NDA, so all you can do is tell people how to build it...... and if they can't get it working, well, it's their fault then, isn't it. 

The FTW QEG is in this category too: just claim you have a working prototype when you really don't, mention Tesla's name and some random patents, have a good rap and a few crowdfunders, and watch the money roll in. Then flee to Morocco where you can try to continue the scam without worrying about legal complications. Never once do you actually have to demonstrate a real self-runner, not in person nor on YT.

The real big scams, reeling in billions of victims are: religion, esoterics and politics! One could call the three together: philosophy!

Philosophy offers intangible goods and never has to prove anything by technical means. The victims create the proof in their minds and the victims gratify themselves (it is called a "believe structure").

There is a fourth area closely bound to philosophy (religion, esoterics and politics), and it is: economy!

From religion, esoterics and politics (from the "ruling philosophy" of a society) follows a certain way people are doing economics.

Many think that people are driven by material goods. But every action stems from a certain philosophy (a mixture of religion, esoterics and politics) in a persons mind (and yes, also in your mind, although you are a clever and open minded person).

The biggest thing in economics is the fiction of "money". Read up on "money" and you will get at least ten explanations. The only consistent answer is: money is a religious believe, you may call it a "god" which has to be worshipped to exist. The priests of money are the bankers and the financial market leaders.

In fact, the good OU scamers act like religious or esoteric or political leaders, they create something in the mind of the victims and therefore leave the material world. The "philosophy" behind a good OU scam is the claim that bad people are suppressing the wisdom offered by the scamer and that only clever people see through that conspiracy. Material proof can not be given, because the bad people confiscate it immediately or at least talk it down in public (by teaching "lies" in the press, in schools and at universities).

Be aware of the big scams, the OU scamers are a negligible side show, they are the poor ones. Pity them, they had no success in religion, esoterics or politics.

they can't.
so its impossible to expect them to bring anything meaningful to the table for humanity.
cults are just too volitile when not even being cornered, but rather offered them a level playing field to perform their showing of any proof that is not less than transparent.
however, their entire theory about cartoon characters in the sky that sometimes tell them to do this and that, as they keep saying, is just that, undereducated people that are lacking individuality of thought even long enough to notice how they might ever be wrong.

Banks--there all bad news to the human race. The things they try to get us to believe,and the idiot's that fall for it. Do you ever stop and think of what they are telling you?.
We have the ability and technology to send a robot to mars(many robots in fact),and control those robots here from earth--but we cannot cure the common cold. In fact,we have these brand new viruses popping up all over the place--not mutations,but brand new ones that just popped into existence  . We have had car's that can travel over 200 miles to a gallon of fuel--where are they?
Governments full of broken promises and corruption-that now make the laws all by them selves. Many cures for cancer found by doctors that the pharmaceutical big gun's bury or break--the list go's on.

So these OU fraudsters are small fry to what is out there in every day life--and you guys vote half these clowns into power These people(governments) are suppose to represent us--do what the people deem to be right. We pat there wages--they work for us---->but they do as they please,and we sit by and watch it happen--every day
